Our activities and expertise in a nutshell:

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)

Design and execution support for horizontal directional drilling with lengths ranging from 100m to 2000m and diameters ranging from 50mm to 1400mm. Drilling for product and casing pipes made of steel, HDPE, GRP, and ductile cast iron. Preparation of calculation reports (flushing pressure, settlement, strength, seepage, tensile forces, resulting stresses, cat backs, etc.).

Pipeline construction

Design and implementation support for product-carrying pipelines, including valve junctions. Pipe systems with lengths of 100m to 20km and diameters of 50mm to 2000m. Pressure pipelines for industrial gases (N2, H2, O2, ethylene, propylene, natural gas, etc.) and liquids (oil, wastewater, cooling water, drinking water, etc.). Creation of construction and implementation drawings in CAD (2D and 3D). Preparation of calculation reports (stresses, crack calculations, etc.).

Micro-tunneling

Design and execution support for open and closed front drillings. Casing pipes made of steel, GRP, or concrete with a diameter of 400mm to 2200mm. Creation of construction and execution drawings in CAD (2D and 3D). Preparation of calculation reports (settlement troughs, thrust, drainage advice, etc.).
