Management:
We act as the client's direct representative on-site. This includes the following activities:

• Taking specific technical decisions in consultation with the client
• Organizing and chairing periodic construction site meetings
• Keeping minutes and providing reporting for construction site meetings

Construction supervision:
We have years of expertise and a number of tools for the implementation and supervision of the following activities:

• Land surveying + staking out work
• Soil investigations (soundings and reconnaissance drilling)
• Groundwater monitoring
• Setting up and opening work zones
• Digging test trenches + comparison of actual and theoretical positions of underground infrastructure.
• Checking pipe manipulations (moving pipe strings, cat backs, etc.)
• Supervising cathodic protection (KB) activities
• Testing of piping systems in accordance with legal requirements (resistance test, tightness test, etc.)
• Implementation and control of "rheology" (= monitoring of drilling fluid properties)
• Review of submitted calculation notes and work method descriptions
• Post-construction restoration (site refurbishment)

Maintaining as-built files

• Performing as-built measurements using a GPS surveying device
• Structuring relevant file documents
• Reporting ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)
